Stories from Northern New Mexico told by Storyteller Paulette Atencio

Paulette Atencio brings to life legends and folktales of Northern New Mexico that she learned over the years growing up in Penasco. Paulette is a professional storyteller and author who continues the tradition of storytelling to ensure that this important part of the Hispanic heritage continues. Paula's books "Cuentos from My Childhood", "Cuentos From Long Ago" and "Box of Memories" will be available at the event. New Mexico Humanities Council funding support is made possible through grant funds from the National Endowment for the Humanities.
